Wolf Worms graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1999. Wolf practiced law as an associate with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and later, Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann. As an associate with BLBG, Wolf prosecuted shareholders’ claims in securities fraud class actions and derivative litigation. Wolf worked with investigators to develop facts supporting securities fraud allegations, drafted consolidated amended complaints and opposed defendants’ motions to dismiss. Building on this experience, Wolf transitioned to investigating securities fraud on behalf of shareholders’ counsel. Wolf honed his skills as a securities fraud investigator at L.R. Hodges and Associates, and later, as an in-house investigator for Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dave Hirsch graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1999. Dave clerked for the Honorable Edward J. Schwartz in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of California from 1999 to 2000. After his clerkship, Dave was an associate in the Los Angeles Trial Department of the law firm McDermott Will & Emery, LLP from 2000 through 2004. At McDermott, Dave handled several cases on his own, all of which he brought to successful conclusions. Dave has extensive experience with securities related litigation on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs. Dave developed fact-finding expertise as a founding member of McDermott's nationwide electronic discovery task-force and by leading the factual investigation in many cases.
